Job Description
We are looking for a qualified 1st Class Mines Manager to manage overall mining operations, ensure safety compliance, and handle statutory requirements as per DGMS guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for smooth production and legal compliance at the mine site.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
⛏️ Mine Operations:
Daily mining operations manage karna
Production planning & target achieve karna
Manpower & equipment coordination
⚠️ Safety & Compliance:
DGMS rules & mining laws follow karna
Safety measures implement karna
Inspection & audit handle karna
📑 Documentation & Reporting:
Mining records maintain karna
Govt reporting & documentation
Licenses, permits & compliance handling
👷 Team Management:
Supervisors, operators & labour ko manage karna
Work discipline maintain karna
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of mining operations
DGMS compliance & safety norms
Leadership & team handling skills
Problem-solving & decision-making ability
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Mandatory)
Relevant mining experience required
🔥 Preferred Candidate:
Marble / Stone / Crusher mining experience
