Job Description

पद का नाम: एच.वी.ए.सी तकनीशियन (HVAC Technician)

विभाग: मेंटेनेंस / सर्विस / इंस्टॉलेशन

रिपोर्टिंग टू: सुपरवाइज़र / सर्विस मैनेजर


मुख्य कार्य (Key Responsibilities):

  • ए.सी. और वेंटिलेशन सिस्टम की इंस्टॉलेशन (Installation):
  1. स्प्लिट, डक्टेबल, पैकेज और सेंट्रल ए.सी. सिस्टम लगाना।
  2. डक्टिंग, पाइपिंग, और इलेक्ट्रिकल कनेक्शन का काम करना।
  • मेंटेनेंस और सर्विसिंग (Maintenance & Servicing):
  1. एयर फिल्टर, कॉइल, फैन और मोटर की सफाई व सर्विस करना।
  2. गैस चार्जिंग, प्रेशर चेकिंग और सिस्टम टेस्टिंग करना।
  3. रिपेयर या पार्ट्स रिप्लेसमेंट (compressor, capacitor, etc.) करना।
  • ट्रबलशूटिंग (Troubleshooting):
  1. खराबी का पता लगाना और सही समाधान देना।
  2. क्लाइंट या मैनेजर को समस्या और कार्य रिपोर्ट देना।


  1. सुरक्षा और गुणवत्ता (Safety & Quality):
  2. सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना (PPE पहनना, टूल्स का सही उपयोग)।
  3. काम के बाद साइट को साफ-सुथरा रखना।
  4. रिकॉर्ड और रिपोर्टिंग (Documentation):
  5. दैनिक कार्य रिपोर्ट, सर्विस रिपोर्ट और मैटेरियल उपयोग की जानकारी देना।
  6. योग्यता (Qualification):आई.टी.आई / डिप्लोमा इन रेफ्रिजरेशन एंड एयर कंडीशनिंग या संबंधित फील्ड।
  7. 1 से 5 वर्ष का अनुभव (HVAC सर्विस / इंस्टॉलेशन में)।
  8. कौशल (Skills Required):HVAC सिस्टम का तकनीकी ज्ञान।
  9. ब्रेज़िंग, वायरिंग, प्रेशर टेस्टिंग और गैस चार्जिंग का अनुभव।
  10. समस्या समाधान और ग्राहक व्यवहार कौशल।
  11. टीम में काम करने की क्षमता और समय पर कार्य पूर्ण करना।
