Company Overview:

Art India is a leading manufacturer and exporter of traditional handmade rugs, carpets, durries, and home textiles based in Jaipur. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team on-site at our Sitapura head office to manage daily cash transactions, banking operations, and financial record-keeping.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCash & Petty Cash Management:
• Manage daily office cash transactions, petty cash vouchers, and routine factory/office disbursements.
• Maintain up-to-date physical cash registers and reconcile daily closing cash balances.
• Banking Operations & Reconciliation:
• Coordinate with local bank branches as needed for deposits, cheques, and official banking paperwork.
• Process daily payments via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and online transfers.
• Prepare daily/monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• MS Excel & Bookkeeping:
• Log daily accounting transactions, purchase/sales vouchers, and vendor payments.
• Prepare routine financial summary reports in MS Excel using formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
• Assist the senior finance team with monthly ledger checks, vendor/customer reconciliations, and documentation.
• Key Requirements & QualificationsWork Mode: 100% On-Site at Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur.
• Education: B.Com or M.Com degree in Commerce / Accounting.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience handling petty cash and bank reconciliations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Attributes: High level of numerical accuracy, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-hand, depending on experience)
