Junior Accountant (E-commerce Experience Mandatory)

Job Description:

Fenton Technologies is hiring a Junior Accountant with strong practical knowledge of accounting and e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and handling marketplace-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
• Manage sales entries and purchase entries
• Handle billing and accounting for e-commerce platforms
• Reconcile Amazon & Flipkart settlements, commissions, and deductions
• Maintain daily accounting records in Tally or similar software
• Assist in GST entries and basic compliance

Requirements:

• B.Com or relevant degree in accounting/finance
• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
• Strong understanding of:
• P&L statements
• Bank reconciliation
• Sales & purchase accounting

Important Note (Must Read):

Candidate must have proper hands-on knowledge of E-commerce accounting, including billing, sales entries, and reconciliation for platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce industry
• Basic knowledge of GST

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
