Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • टैली एंट्रीज: Tally सॉफ्टवेयर में रोजाना की जनरल सेल (Sale), परचेज (Purchase) और बैंक एंट्रीज (Bank Entries) को सही तरीके से करना।
  • ऑनलाइन बिलिंग: ऑनलाइन बिलिंग (Online Billing) करना और ई-वे बिल (E-way Bill) जनरेट करने का कार्य संभालना।
  • पैकिंग लिस्ट: डिस्पैच होने वाले माल (Dispatch Goods) की सटीक पैकिंग लिस्ट (Packing List) तैयार करना।
  • स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट: कंपनी के इन्वेंट्री और स्टॉक को मेंटेन (Stock Maintain) करना और उसका रिकॉर्ड रखना।
  • डेटा मैनेजमेंट: MS Excel, Google Sheets और MS Word पर डेली रिपोर्ट और डेटा तैयार करना।
