Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting, while ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and daily financial transactions.
• Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process employee salaries and payroll records.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
• Required QualificationsB.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Experience in service industry will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime / Busy / Zoho Books
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS)
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in Security, Facility Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Service Industry.
• Knowledge of payroll management and vendor reconciliation.
