Job Description

What Tasks should an accountant prioritize on their to do list 

      Accountancy


1. Accounting Enteries

2. Stock management/stock in tally

3. Bank Reconciliation

4. Making cheques and NEFT/RTGS forms of parties

5. Accounts Reconciliation

6. Cash/Cheque deposit in bank by own vehicle

7. Sales ledger maintain

8. Purchase ledger maintain

9. Cash (petty) ledger maintain

10. GST/ Income tax /TDS knowledge

11. Weekly/monthly accounts Reconciliation with the parties

12. Voucher filing

13. Co-ordination with transporter/staff

14. Tally prime/tally ERP 9 knowledge

15. Communication with debtors/ creditors for accounting and payment reconciliation

16. Having own personal vehicle must

17. Staff Attendance

18. Salary making

19. Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies 

20. Respond to and deal with customer communication by email and telephone.

21. Vehicle booking for dispatching

22. Co-ordination with staff

23. You will be responsible for dispatch 

24. Counting physical stock every month and reconciling it with books stock
