Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and financial documentation.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage books of accounts on a daily basis
• Handle GST filing, returns, and compliance
• Manage taxation including TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements
• Prepare and verify Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and tax invoices
• Record and reconcile financial transactions in Tally
• Verify vendor bills and ensure accuracy before processing payments
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
• Assist in audits and financial reporting
• Monitor receivables and payables
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and approvals
• 🎯 Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• 💡 Preferred SkillsExperience in EPC / construction / solar industry
• Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance
• Good communication and coordination skills
