Job Title: Accountant cum Cashier

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, maintain financial records, and assist with accounting activities. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash receipts and payments.
• Maintain cash book and petty cash records.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
• Record financial transactions in accounting software or Excel.
• Verify and reconcile cash balances at the end of each day.
• Maintain records of expenses, sales, and purchases.
• Support GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Required Skills:

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Proficiency in tally.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:

• B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any graduate.
• Prior experience in cashier, accounts, or back-office operations is preferred.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years.

Salary:

• ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
