Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting: Full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting using Tally.
  • Support: Handling customer inquiries and billing queries via phone.
  • Portal Management: Managing business listings, updates, and incoming leads on IndiaMart, Justdial, and Tradeindia.
  • Admin: Managing reconciliations, follow-ups, and customer coordination.
  • RequirementsExpertise: Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9/Prime), MS Excel, and operating B2B lead portals.
  • Communication: Soft-spoken with excellent telephonic etiquette.
  • Experience: Prior experience in accounting, portal management, or client relations.
  • Education: Degree in Commerce/Finance.
