Job Description

Famous Fountains is a leading company specializing in Musical Fountains, Swimming Pools, Water Features, Floating Fountains, and Fountain Automation Projects across India.

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting in Tally Prime.

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and work orders.

Handle official emails and client communication.

Prepare documents using MS Word and MS Excel.

Maintain office records and project documentation.

Assist in government and private tender documentation and online bid submissions.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and the Chartered Accountant.

Follow up on payments and maintain MIS reports.
