Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accurate accounts, and handling vehicle-related tracking and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Track and record vehicle expenses, fuel usage, maintenance, and related documentation
- Monitor vehicle logs and ensure proper record-keeping
- Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Assist in audits and tax-related work as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data management)
- Ability to manage and track vehicle-related records efficiently
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
