Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash transactions, cash book maintenance, and reconciliation
- Manage billing operations, invoice generation, and payment tracking
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and update financial reports on a regular basis
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Work on Tally software for accounting entries and reporting
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent preferred)
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Experience in cash handling and billing management
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
