Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and support statutory compliance and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger.
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
* Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
* Maintain accurate financial records and support internal/external audits.
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on finance-related matters.
