Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly trustworthy senior accountant to take 100% ownership of our financial operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter capable of managing the entire accounting ecosystem single-handedly—ranging from daily data entry to statutory tax compliances, corporate budgeting, and final balance sheet finalisation.

Key Responsibilities (All Accounting Work)

• End-to-End Accounting: Manage daily ledger entries, sales/purchase invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Taxation & Compliance: Compute, reconcile, and file monthly GST (GSTR-1 & 3B), TDS, and TCS returns timely.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Execute daily multi-bank reconciliations (BRS) and monitor corporate cash flows.
• Budgeting & Billing: Formulate monthly company budgets, track expense variances, and oversee vendor billing cycles.
• Financial Finalisation: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, depreciations, and year-end Balance Sheets for external audits.

Required Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
• Software Skills: Expert-level daily operational knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel.
• Core Skills: Sharp analytical skills, high integrity, and deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards.
