About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at The Catalyst Group & Venture. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, guiding prospective students, explaining the value of our programs, and helping them make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Outreach: Proactively connect with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Counselling: Understand the students' career goals and academic needs to provide personalized guidance about our courses and programs.
• Lead Management: Manage the entire lead lifecycle—from initial inquiry to follow-up, and finally, successful conversion.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and provide regular reports on admission status.
• Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet or exceed monthly admission and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in Education Counselling, Sales, or Business Development.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Education: Graduate (Any stream).
• Mindset: Goal-driven, empathetic, patient, and highly energetic.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
