Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for handling sales operations, supporting the team, and ensuring target achievement through effective planning, monitoring, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor lead allocation through the sales portal
- Review market trends and support sales strategy planning
- Handle team and customer objections effectively
- Take ownership of team performance and daily operations
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Support team members and ensure smooth execution of work
- Maintain and analyze sales data for performance improvement
- Prepare reports and present updates to management
Required Skills:
- Leadership and team handling ability
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of sales strategy and market understanding
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel knowledge)
- Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure
