Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team (Sales Officers/Executives).
• Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and increasing product distribution.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising across retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Review daily sales reports, monitor primary and secondary sales, and take corrective actions when required.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
• Plan and execute sales promotions, trade schemes, and marketing activities in coordination with the marketing team.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present business updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, reporting standards, and sales processes.

Requirements:

• Min 10 Pass/12th/Graduate/Masters
• 2–15 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team handling role.
• Strong distributor management and channel sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
