B2B Marketplace Manager / Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented B2B E-commerce Executive / Manager to handle and grow our B2B online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing B2B marketplace platforms, order processing, inventory coordination, and client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage B2B e-commerce platforms and portals (such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.)
• Handle bulk order inquiries, quotations, and negotiations with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, production, dispatch) for order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and catalog updates
• Monitor stock availability and ensure timely updates across platforms
• Track daily sales, pending orders, and dispatch status
• Develop and maintain relationships with B2B buyers and distributors
• Analyze sales performance and suggest growth strategies
• Ensure smooth order lifecycle from inquiry to delivery
• Handle returns, complaints, and client communication professionally
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of B2B e-commerce platforms
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, reports, data handling)
• Understanding of inventory and order management processes
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in garment / textile / fashion industry
• Prior experience in B2B sales or marketplace handling
• Knowledge of ERP / OMS systems is an advantage
