Back Office Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day back office operations
• Maintain and update records, databases, and documents
• Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and data analysis
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and other departments
• Manage emails, data entry, and documentation work
• Support client coordination and follow-ups
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping (digital & physical)
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of office procedures
• Qualifications:Graduate in any stream
• Freshers or 1–2 years of experience preferred

Salary:As per industry standards

Working Hours:Full-time (6 days working)
