Job Description
Main Roles & Responsibilities of a Back Office Executive
1. Data Management
Entering and updating data in company systems
Maintaining records, files, and databases
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents
Verifying accuracy of information
2. Administrative Support
Managing office documentation
Handling emails and internal communication
Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Coordinating with different departments
3. Operational Support
Assisting daily business operations
Tracking orders, invoices, or inventory
Supporting logistics and supply chain activities
Monitoring workflow processes
4. Documentation & Filing
Maintaining physical and digital records
Organizing confidential company documents
Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
5. MIS & Reporting
Generating daily/weekly/monthly reports
Preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports
Analyzing basic operational data
6. Coordination Work
Communicating with vendors, staff, or internal teams
Supporting sales and customer service departments
Following up on pending tasks
7. Compliance & Accuracy
Ensuring company procedures are followed
Maintaining confidentiality of company information
Checking data accuracy and reducing errors
