Back Office Executive – Travel Sales

📍 Location: Tonk Road (In Front of Gandhi Nagar Railway Station) Jaipur

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Interview & Experience)

🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We're looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and quick-learning Back Office Executive to support our Travel Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working with data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with travel bookings and customer coordination.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
• Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle emails, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups.
• Maintain reports using MS Excel.
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism.
• Ensure timely documentation and smooth booking operations.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in Back Office, Travel, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Operations.
• Freshers with excellent aptitude and communication skills are also welcome.
