👩 Position: Back Office Executive (Female Candidates Only)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

✔ Provide product information and customer assistance

✔ Manage online customer interactions and order coordination

✔ Maintain records and update customer details

✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

✔ Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
