Our Café extends the Curiosity Lab experience. It is a safe, elegant and welcoming Café where travellers and local guests feel at home, enjoy fresh, light and flavourful cuisine, and discover a beautiful destination worth sharing. We believe in simple, fresh food made with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, beautifully presented and served with genuine hospitality.

We are currently hiring for our Café: Barista

Your Role

Coffee is at the heart of our café experience. As our Barista, you will prepare consistently excellent beverages while creating genuine connections with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and specialty beverages.
• Produce consistent coffee using professional brewing standards.
• Steam milk correctly and perform basic latte art.
• Recommend beverages and engage with customers about coffee.
• Ensure every drink is beautifully presented.
• Maintain espresso machines, grinders and coffee equipment.
• Monitor coffee quality, freshness and stock levels.
• Keep the coffee station impeccably clean and organised.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the café team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience as a Barista.
• Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality.
• Experience operating professional espresso machines.
• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing and basic latte art.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.
• Team player with excellent organisational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve coffee knowledge.

Salary : based on experience and skills.
