About Wheelcare Tyres:

Wheelcare Tyres is a growing tyre and automotive service company committed to delivering quality products and professional service to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Executive to manage billing, purchase entries, and accounts documentation efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate sales invoices and billing entries on a daily basis
  • Maintain and record purchase bills and supplier invoices
  • Handle accounts entries including receivables and payables
  • Reconcile daily sales, cash transactions, and bank records
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets for billing, purchases, stock, and accounts tracking
  • Ensure timely documentation and proper filing of financial records
  • Coordinate with sales and operations team for billing accuracy
  • Assist in GST data preparation and basic compliance documentation
  • Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports as required
