Role Description
- BMAG (Business Management and Analytics Group) partners with various COOs/Operations leads in delivering various value-added reporting, analytics and lead/support in various projects and initiatives.
- As an Associate in the Business Management & Analytics Group, develop comprehensive, actionable, and consistent reports that identify key business trends and areas for potential improvement.

Your key responsibilities
This role requires incumbent to work very closely with vendor and maintain the service relationship with a vendor at a transactional level and other vendor related support tasks. Work includes:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, develop buyer/market profiles, identify marketplace trends, and define acceptable service levels.
- Perform strategic sourcing tasks to manage risk and optimize the value/resilience of materials/services sourcing.
- Establish supplier relationship management processes with ongoing improvements.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate supplier integration plans with internal clients.
- Monitor market dynamics that impact materials/services availability and/or pricing.
- Identify, Lead, participate in projects to bring efficiency in existing processes.
Your skills and experience
- B.COM, M.COM, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification with 4 to 8 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e., Excel, Word, Power-point etc.
- Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Passion and proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data
- Knowledge of db Buyer, dbTPRM and Vendor Risk tools will have an added advantage
