Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sell Home Loan and LAP products by meeting customers in the field
  • Generate leads through DSA, builders, property dealers, and direct customers
  • Visit customers, explain loan products, and collect documents
  • Handle the entire loan process from login to disbursement
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth approvals
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
  • Build and maintain good relationships with channel partners
  • Share daily work updates and sales reports
