Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a strong ability to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG manufacturing sector.

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream.

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
