Job Title: Telecaller (Solar Energy Sales)

Salary: ₹5,000/month (Probation) → ₹10,000/month (Post-Probation) | Growth up to ₹30,000/month
About the Role
Shashisun Energy is hiring Telecallers for our solar energy division. This is a full-time, office-based, 100% cold-calling role at our Mansarovar, Jaipur location. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 300 outbound cold calls per day
- Generate and produce a minimum of 5 confirmed meetings/appointments per day (KPI)
- Maintain professional communication with prospective customers
- Update call records, lead status, and meeting details accurately

Eligibility
- Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers preferred

Compensation Structure
- Probation Period: 30 days
- Probation Salary: ₹5,000/month
- Post-Probation Salary (on selection): ₹10,000/month
- Growth path up to ₹30,000/month based on performance
