Job Summary
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business, build dealer/client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the laminates, louvers, and plywood segment. Ideal for someone who understands B2B sales cycles, dealer networks, and can convert market presence into consistent order volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, dealer networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, and distributors
- Present product lines, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals to closure
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfilment
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade events
- Share regular sales reports and market feedback with management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years' experience in sales/business development (fresher’s with strong communication skills welcome)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Industry Background
Building Materials, Telecom, Pharma, Construction, or similar B2B product-based industries.
