Job Description

  • Proactively cold calling to generate leads.
  • Persuade customers to purchase, upgrade, or renew services. (Sales & Conversion)
  • Accurately enter and update customer data, interaction notes, and transaction details (CRM)
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings to answer questions and resolve issues (Product Knowledge)
  •  Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.(Lead Management)
