Job Description
- Core Responsibilities 1. Customer AcquisitionAcquire new Current & Savings Accounts (CASA) customers
- Generate leads via:
- Field visits
- Cold calling
- References / corporate tie-ups
- ➡️ This is a pure sales / target-based role
- 2. Sales TargetsAchieve monthly / quarterly targets for:
- Account opening
- Deposit amount (balance)
- Performance is tracked strictly on numbers
- 3. Cross-SellingSell additional products like:
- Insurance
- Credit cards
- Mutual funds
- ➡️ Important for incentives and revenue
- 4. Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with:
- Existing customers
- Business clients / corporates
- Increase account balance & usage
- 5. Market & Lead GenerationIdentify new business opportunities
- Do local market research
- Visit shops, companies, SMEs for account opening
- 6. Coordination & ServiceWork with branch team
- Ensure good customer experience
- Handle queries and documentation
- Skills required:
