Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Install and commission IP & HD CCTV Camera Systems.
- Configure NVRs, DVRs, IP Cameras, and remote viewing on mobile devices.
- Install and configure Video Door Phone (VDP) systems.
- Install and troubleshoot Intrusion Alarm Systems.
- Install and configure Access Control & Biometric Attendance Systems.
- Perform CAT6 cable laying, RJ45 termination, and cable testing.
- Configure Wi-Fi routers, access points, switches, and basic networking.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and service visits.
- Train customers on system operation and mobile applications.
- Prepare installation reports and service documentation.
- Follow company safety standards and installation best practices.
Required Skills:-
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, DVR, NVR, and CCTV installation.
- Experience with Hikvision, CP PLUS, Ajax, Secureye, or similar brands.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP Networking.
- RJ45 Crimping and LAN Cable Testing.
- Mobile App Configuration.
- Basic Electrical Wiring.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and at client locations.
