Job Description

Infograzy Smart Solution ko apne badhte hue projects ke liye ek mehnati aur experienced CCTV Technician ki zaroorat hai.


Primary Responsibilities (Main Kaam):Installation: Naye sites par CCTV cameras (Analog aur IP), DVR/NVR, aur cabling ki complete fitting karna.

  • Configuration: Router settings, IP mapping, aur mobile application par online view set-up karna taaki customer kahin se bhi footage dekh sake.
  • Maintenance: Purane systems ki checking karna, cameras saaf karna, aur wires/connectors ko fix karna.
  • Troubleshooting: Video loss, signal issues, aur hard drive errors jaise technical problems ko pehchan kar turant solve karna.
  • Site Survey: Project shuru hone se pehle site visit karke camera placements aur wiring route ka plan banana.
  • Skills Required (Zaroori Hunar):


Technical Knowledge: IP Cameras aur Networking (RJ45 crimping, Switch connectivity) ki achhi samajh honi chahiye.

  • Hardware Tools: Drill machine aur basic hand tools chalane ka tajurba.
  • Communication: Customer ko system chalana samjhane ki kaabiliyat.
  • Problem Solving: Technical faults ko jaldi dhoondne ka dimaag.
