Center Coordinator

The Pre-Primary School Principal at Crayons – The Day Boarding School is responsible for providing academic leadership and administrative management of the pre-primary wing. The Principal will ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of young learners while upholding the vision and standards of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership

Develop and implement an age-appropriate, play-based curriculum.

Supervise lesson planning and classroom instruction.

Encourage experiential and activity-based learning methods.

Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

Monitor student progress and developmental milestones.

2. Staff Management & Development

Recruit, guide, and mentor teachers and support staff.

Conduct regular staff meetings and training programs.

Evaluate staff performance and maintain discipline.

Promote teamwork and a positive professional culture.

3. Student Welfare & Safety

Ensure a safe, secure, and hygienic school environment.

Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.

Address behavioral issues with sensitivity and professionalism.

Implement and monitor child safety and protection policies.

4. Parent Communication & Engagement

Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

Maintain transparent communication with parents.

Address concerns and feedback constructively.

Coordinate school functions, celebrations, and orientation programs.

5. Administration & Compliance

Oversee admissions and enrollment processes.

Maintain accurate academic and administrative records.

Ensure compliance with educational regulations.

Supervise daily operations of the pre-primary section.

6. School Growth & Development

Support admission drives and promotional activities.

Maintain and enhance the reputation of Crayons – The Day Boarding School.

Introduce innovative practices for continuous improvement.

Work closely with school management for strategic planning.
