📋 JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) & RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking 8 experienced, versatile, and passionate Chefs to join our growing culinary team across multiple premium outlets in Jaipur. The ideal candidates must possess deep expertise in managing diverse cuisines, recipe consistency, and efficient kitchen operations.

• Key Responsibilities :Multi-Cuisine Expertise: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes maintaining authentic taste, presentation, and standard recipes across the following domains:
• 
  
• Indian & Tandoor: North/South Indian curries, gravies, kebabs, tandoori breads, and traditional items.
• Chinese & Italian: Stir-fries, noodles, dim sums, authentic pasta, pizzas, and specialized sauces.
• Continental & Arabic Cuisine: Classic continental entrees and Middle Eastern/Arabic culinary favorites.
• Bakery & Desserts: Preparation of breads, cakes, pastries, and popular Indian/International desserts.
• Healthy Food & Meal Prep: Calorie-controlled meal preparation, dietary adjustments, and nutritious wellness bowls.
• Roster & Operations: Capability to work smoothly across our designated locations (Jagatpura, Malviya Nagar, Bhankrota) on a flexible rotational roster.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict kitchen cleanliness, hygiene protocols, and food safety standards (FSSAI norms).
• Inventory Control: Monitor food wastage, manage stock levels, and coordinate ingredient prep effectively.
• Education:Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM / DHA) or Culinary Arts is highly preferred.
• 🎯 ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years of proven experience as a Chef / Commis / CDP in a reputable restaurant, cafe, or hotel.
• Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities, speed under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Flexibility: Comfortable adapting to rotational shift rosters across our Jaipur branches.
