Job Description

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.

Review architectural and structural drawings.

Ensure work execution as per project specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and site staff.

Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Manage material planning, estimation, and site inventory.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.

Verify measurements and contractor bills.

Resolve technical issues arising during construction.

Monitor labor productivity and project timelines.
