Job Description

Job Title: Client Success & Operations Executive

About Us:

We are a fast-growing digital agency focused on performance marketing (Meta ads), content production, and brand growth.

We work closely with clients to drive real business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

We’re looking for someone who can own execution, manage clients, and keep everything on track without constant supervision.

Good Communication Skills is a mandatory requirement.

Role Overview:

This is a high-ownership role.

You will be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring:

  • Work gets delivered on time
  • Communication stays clear
  • Nothing falls through the cracks

If you need constant instructions or reminders, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

1) Client Success:

  • Handle client communication (calls, feedback, approvals)
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
  • Proactively update clients (not just react)

2) Operations & Delivery:

  • Own project timelines across ads, creatives, and social media
  • Assign and track tasks for editors, media buyers, and SMM
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time
  • Identify delays early and take action

3) Team CoordinationAct as the central point between:

  • Meta Ads team
  • Video editors
  • Social media managers
  • Remove confusion and ensure alignment
  • Follow up aggressively when needed

4) Systems & Execution:

  • Manage task tracking on Notion
  • Handle basic operations like:
  • Ad account access collection
  • Client approvals
  • ManyChat automation coordination
  • Hiring shortlisting support

5) ReportingShare regular updates with founders

  • Highlight risks, delays, and solutions (not just problems)

Authority & Ownership:

  • You will have the authority to:
  • Enforce deadlines
  • Follow up with team members
  • Reassign small tasks when needed
  • Escalate issues with solutions

You will not:

  • Make hiring/firing decisions
  • Change overall strategy without approval

  • Requirements1–3 years experience in operations / account management / agency role
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Google Sheets (basic level is fine)
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

Salary₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience and ownership)


Training & Onboarding:

We provide a structured onboarding program to get you up to speed quickly.

You will be trained on:

  • Basics of Meta ads and performance marketing
  • Content workflows and approval systems
  • Social media management processes
  • Project management tools (Notion, task tracking, workflows)
  • Internal SOPs and client handling frameworks

The goal is to help you understand how we operate and what good execution looks like.

However, this is not a passive learning role.

You will be expected to:

  • Take ownership early
  • Apply what you learn in real client work
  • Become independent quickly

This role is the backbone of our operations.
