Job Title: Client Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits and pricing clearly to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
• Collaborate with team members and report to the sales manager

Requirements:

Qualifications:
