Job Description
JD- Collection Executive
I. Responsible for Timely Recovery of all overdue Payments from the customers.
II. Responsible for day-to-day Improvement in Collection areas.
III. Responsible for regular follow-up with customers for their overdue payments.
IV. Maintain Relationship with Customers for Timely Recovery of Overdue Payments
V. Achieve Monthly Targets, Provide Daily Feedback to the immediate supervisor
VI. Responsible for All branches collection & preparation of collection report daily bases.
VII. Responsible for all branches & area visit for collection
VIII. Responsible for Co-ordinate with all branches regarding Daily follow-up of collection.
IX. Responsible for Maintain 100% collection efficiency of all branches, products & Districts.
X. Responsible for Preparation of vehicle seizing list & co-ordinate with all seizing agencies.
XI. Responsible for co-ordinate with legal team to initiate legal cases of defaulters & NPA customers.
