Job Summary We are looking for dedicated and community-focused male candidates to join the TB Mukt Janjyati Program as Community Champions. The role involves promoting TB awareness, supporting community mobilization efforts, encouraging participation in screening and treatment programs, and acting as a bridge between the community and healthcare teams. Candidates should be passionate about public health and willing to work extensively in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a community advocate for TB awareness and elimination efforts.
• Encourage community members to participate in TB screening, diagnosis, and treatment programs.
• Support awareness campaigns, village meetings, and community mobilization activities.
• Assist field teams in identifying and referring individuals showing TB symptoms.
• Build trust and strengthen community participation in program activities.
• Coordinate with local leaders, community groups, and stakeholders to improve outreach efforts.
• Support healthcare teams during field visits and community engagement activities.
• Maintain basic records of community interactions and referrals made.

Requirements

• Male candidates preferred.
• Respected member of the local community will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for community service, social development, and public health.
• Ability to engage effectively with tribal and rural populations.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel within assigned communities.
