Job Description

About the Role:

You will manage the full "A to Z" customer journey for company, focusing on our US-based clients. Your goal is to turn new inquiries into sales and long-term fans through great service and smart email marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care: Handle all messages on Etsy and Email from start to finish.
  • Email Marketing: Create simple email campaigns and automated follow-ups to drive repeat sales.
  • Market Research: Research US home decor trends to help us target the right audience.
  • Sales Growth: Manage sales across Etsy, our website, and other platforms to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Experience using Etsy and Email tools (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Ability to research what US customers are looking for.
  • Organized, friendly, and good at closing sales.
