CRM Executive

Job Summary

Rikalp Capital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to strengthen relationships with our existing customers. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and promoting refinance and top-up loan products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with existing customers through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for refinance or top-up loans for Vehicle loan and Mortgage loan.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits to customers.
• Generate quality leads from the existing customer database.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until loan disbursement.
• Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt assistance.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
