Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through challenges and driving the successful delivery of software products. Collaboration and problem-solving are central to the daily routine, with a focus on creating efficient and scalable applications tailored to organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in component-based architecture and client-side development.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features such as Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce data model.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing Lightning Web Components for performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
