Job Description
Customer Care Executive – Farmhouse & Events
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for our farmhouse property. The candidate should be able to handle customer calls, explain the property for weddings and other events, manage sales inquiries, and close bookings.
- Responsibilities:Attend customer calls and inquiries
- Explain event and wedding packages
- Handle sales and close deals
- Coordinate bookings and customer requirements
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic sales knowledge
- Friendly and professional behavior
- Experience in events, hospitality, or sales preferred
