Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 1-5 years of experience in an international call center environment (blended process).

  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).

  • Proficiency in handling multiple processes such as US process, UK process, ICSE/CSA certification preferred.

  • Ability to work on semi-voice/BPO voice projects with excellent attention to detail.
