Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Prepare customized tour packages and quotations.
- Coordinate hotel, flight, transfer, and sightseeing bookings.
- Manage client communication before, during, and after travel.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth tour operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry.
- Experience in handling Domestic & International Tour Packages.
- Knowledge of B2B travel portals (TBO, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage both Sales and Operations independently.
