Job Description
• Role: Associate (Operations)
• Location: Sitapura, Jaipur
• Education: Open to both Undergraduates and Graduates

Shift & Schedule
• Working Days: 5 days per week (2 rotational offs).
• Shift Type: Rotational shifts.
• Daily Schedule: 10-hour shifts (including a 1-hour break).
• Operational Windows:
• Female Associates: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Male Associates: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
• Transport: No cab facilities provided; candidates must manage their own commute.
Compensation & Benefits
• Total CTC: 19,000 INR per month
• Fixed Component: 18,000 INR
• Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to 1,000 INR
