Job Description

Customer Support Executive – Travel Process (GDS | Blended Chat & Voice)

🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts

📅 Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Week Off)

✅ Eligibility:

  • Min. 2 years GDS / Travel experience
  • Amadeus experience mandatory
  • Knowledge of NDC preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)


Customer Support Executive – International Voice Proces

📍 Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (WFO)

🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts

📅 Working Days: 5.5 Days (Rotational Week Off)

 Eligibility:

  • Min. 6 months BPO / Customer Support experience
  • E-commerce experience preferred
  • Versant: C1 (US Voice)
  • Excellent English communication
  • Graduate / Undergraduate both eligible
