Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an excellent post-sales experience.
  • • Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to increase conversions.
  • • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly.
  • • Track and report customer interactions, sales performance, and feedback.
  • • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Requirements
  • • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales or customer relationship management.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
